Visit the Order Now page. Select the size and medium (acrylic, watercolor, black and white pencil, or colored pencil + watercolor).
- If you don’t see a size you’d like, let us know - we’re happy to provide options.
Include any special requests (e.g., specific date needed, preferred color choices, background desired) in the comment field.
- Standard turnaround time is 2-4 weeks, depending on the complexity of the painting and other projects in the queue. If you need the painting by a certain date, be sure to let us know!
Use the PayPal option to submit payment.
- Prefer to send a check or pay by credit card? No problem! Let us know.
- If you are not 100% satisfied, we will refund your payment.
Upload any photographs of your pet through the Order form. You may send as many photos as you’d like. For best results, send photos with good lighting and detail of features such as eyes, nose and ears.

If you aren’t sure what you want to order, and you’d like to consult with us, please complete the Contact Us form and we will get back to you asap in response to your questions.

Initial sketches will work out the details of composition and color choices. Sometimes this will be in the form of a Photoshop-created composite. We’ll check in with you to collaborate and/or get your OK.
Once the sketch is approved, we’ll begin the final piece.
We’ll email you a photo of the final for approval. At this point if you have any revisions, please let us know!

The finished piece is carefully wrapped and packed for safe shipping. If you need special gift wrapping, let us know in the comments section of the Order Form.
Standard USPS priority mail will be used unless you have an urgent need for faster shipping. If you prefer UPS or FedEx, let us know in the comments section of the Order Form. Extra charges may apply.
Shipping is free of charge anywhere in the continental U.S. for sizes 5”x7”, 9”x12”, 12”x12”, 11”x14”. (For other locations, we will assess shipping and let you know the shipping charge upon receiving your order.)
A $60 additional shipping charge is applied for larger sizes (i.e., 16”x20” and larger) for locations in the continental U.S. (For other locations, we will assess shipping and let you know the shipping charge upon receiving your order.)
If you are in the Washington, DC/Northern Virginia/Maryland area, we would be happy to arrange a personal drop-off or pickup.
If you need a large format painting (larger than 24”x36”), we will contact you with shipping options and charges.

Prices are based on canvas size and number of pets to be included. Satisfaction guaranteed or you will be refunded 100%.

Pricing below includes one pet on canvas with or without a detailed background. Each additional pet costs $50.
